Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To promote the Company, Hotel, or Supplier and show their location & details on our unique 3D interactive website.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Google search / Google images / Company, Hotel, or Supplier's website.
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
- Promote the Company, Hotel, or Supplier, either free of charge or chargeable on a monthly or annual basis and be a useful service to our worldwide viewers wishing to learn more about the city that they are planning to visit.

How long do we keep the personal information
- We keep it on our website for as long as it is helping our website viewers.
- We keep it on our website for as long as the personal information shown is appreciated by the Company, Hotel, or Supplier or requested in writing for us to remove it.
- We keep it on our website until the subscription expires if it is a paid display window or sponsored logo, unless renewed.
How we securely store your personal information
We keep an Excel database of personal information of all categories of any Company, Hotel, or Supplier at a secure location on our head office computer only.
We will then dispose of your information by:
- Deleting it from the CMS admin dashboard and our Excel database.
